Perkins American Food - Pickering
Casual dining restaurant and bakery: scope of work included installation of multiple kitchen hoods and related equipment, as well as rooftop exhaust systems and make-up air units featuring a DCV system and integrated fire suppression. Provided and installed a 30-foot combination walk-in cooler and freezer.
