A vegetarian Indian restaurant specializing in both cuisine and sweets. The scope of work included the installation of a 24-foot hood complete with an exhaust fan, makeup air unit, and fire suppression system. Additionally, we supplied and installed a walk-in cooler, HVAC system, and all required distribution ductwork.
