Mechanical room renovation included the replacement of one 500Kbtu gas-fired boiler with a 140kW VoltMax electric boiler, along with installation of new pumps, welded 2.5-3” hot water piping, and a chemical pot feeder. Additionally, seven new hydronic unit heaters and their associated control systems were installed.
