An American fast food restaurant chain specializing in Southern fried chicken. We were responsible for multiple Church’s locations in the Toronto and Guelph areas. The scope of work included installing fryers, hoods, and associated components such as exhaust fans, makeup-air systems, gas lines, and fire suppression systems. Additionally, we supplied and installed walk-in coolers and freezers, as well as HVAC systems complete with distribution ductwork and diffusers.
